The views from our Woodland Room were amazing. Enjoyed the thermal suite and cozy bar vibe. Dinner was a culinary delight, especially the venison haunch that blew us away!

Spotless accommodation, extremely friendly and amazing friendly staff in a highly professional manner. Location - gorgeous, right by loch as well as Fonab Castle for the night. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Prince of India, located 15 min away...

Very nice location and view from the restaurant
Breakfast was very bad! The terrace of the "luxury" room was facing the hotel parking lot!

Cleanliness, large beds
The spa area is a little desolate, no loungers to rest after the sauna session. Breakfast was mediocre (the fruit was bland and tasteless) and the porridge unfortunately didn't taste at all. We had booked a room with a view of the water, we only saw trees and the adjoining house..the water was behind the trees.

Everything was excellent overall. The rooms were high-class and stunning, the staff was accommodating! The location was fab and picturesque, just off local amenities and tourist attractions, restaurants, the loch, and the view was superb. Meals were exceptional, and there was The Old Mill Inn near the hotel. You could leave a car onsite.

We got an upgrade for all three rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are a dream. Breakfast was an experience. Parking at every lodge directly in front of the door.

Nice room, all clean so far. Unfortunately the housekeeping wasn't there to clean the rooms on our day in between. The pool is nice and long, but also fresh with 28 degrees outside.
The prices for food and drinks are very expensive. I expected a lot more from the manicure for 45 pounds.

Extraordinary reception by porter in Scottish costume. Luggage was immediately taken to the rooms. The hotel's great.
Room and food prices are high. The quality of the food could be a little better for this price.

Very nice hotel, great surroundings, great food, very friendly staff. Which, of course, has its price.
